How Do You Start Your Day
How you end your day is just as important as how you start your day. It is important that you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Rest! Your body does need to rest. If you are not getting enough sleep your body will let you know. Your body will shut down. This is something you DO NOT want to happen.
Your morning routine can either make or break your day. If you can get into the habit of exercising it will Optimize your mind and body. You want to start your day energized. Coffee is not the only Pick Me Upper. You want to try stretching exercises and also try taking cold showers, its guaranteed to wake you up! (And it makes you healthier).
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your mind can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make the most of your life journey.
